Job Role: Manager – Communications & Public Relations

The Communications & PR Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving the public image of the organisation. You will: manage external and internal communications, develop and support brand strategies, oversee communications with consumers. You will use data to acquire information about specific communication topics and translate them into business recommendations.

  • He should come 30 minutes before the store opened / shift start and stay 30 minutes post the store closed / shift closed
  • Need to continue the shift operations in case of next shift reliever does not turn
  • Responsible for Sales, Operations and Meet Sales Target and Ensure Efficiency of the Store¬† Operations

Responsibilities

  • Forecast and keep track of communications to events and debtors follow up;
  • Collect, analyse, and report data related to debtor communication and roadblocks;
  • Create communications internally and externally for all the Stakeholders/Business associates throughout India and Abroad.
  • To work closely with Management Team to gather all the digital or written content that needs to be communicated with the relevant parties.
  • Events calendar to be created and managed in lieu with partners/corporates.
  • Also to do cold calling to corporates, establishments(like CII) to represent the companies requirements related to participations and co-sponsoring.
  • Keep a PR and Media Clipping up to date;
  • Represent the company in front of media groups and manage the relationship with them;
  • Oversee press releases and information in media kits;
  • Work together with sponsors and partners to promote brand awareness;
  • Work with external Communication and PR agencies if needed.
  • To act as our search engine and find opportunities to participate in events internationally {like Gulf Foods(Dubai)} or within the country.
  • Booking international tickets to the CEO and Directors, applying for Visa¬† and other travel booking and stay arrangements.
  • Any party or social event bookings for the CEO/Directors or their family.
  • To handle email communications or telephonic communications for CEO/Directors.
  • To design gift packs and hampers for Customers/Patrons/Partners of Hatti Kaapi.
