Preparation:

1. Add 20g (4tsp) of fresh roasted coffee powder to the brew basket.
2. Pour 100ml of freshly boiled water over the kaapi powder and close the brew basket.
3. Allow it to brew for 4-6 min and wait for the brewing cycle to conclude.
4. Pour the brew into the cup.
5. Add fresh hot milk and jaggery/sugar to brew optional.
